  • Payment data, processed exclusively by Stripe (PixelLearn never stores card numbers)
  • Connection data (IP address, browser, date and time)

Purposes of processing and legal basis

Data is processed to:

  • Provide and improve the online course service — contract performance (Terms of Service)
  • Manage your account and enrollments — contract performance
  • Send you communications related to your course — contract performance

Data retention

Your data is retained for the entire duration of your active subscription, then for 3 years after termination for commercial purposes, and according to the specific legal retention periods for accounting documents subject to regulatory retention obligations.

  • Anthropic — AI features (content sent for generation, not used to retrain models)

Data transfers to these providers are governed by GDPR safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses and/or adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider), ensuring an adequate level of protection for your personal data.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access, rectification, and erasure of your data
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to and restrict processing
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time, for processing based on it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), if you believe your rights are not being respected

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@pixellearn.fr.

Cookies

PixelLearn uses cookies strictly necessary for the service to function (authentication session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are currently used. If an audience-measurement tool were activated in the future, this policy would be updated and a suitable consent banner added if required.

Minors

The service is intended for an adult audience, in a professional training context. PixelLearn does not knowingly collect data concerning minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal data on the platform, contact us at contact@pixellearn.fr so we can remove it.
